Good breakfast with nice atmosphere and fresh orange juice, as for instance, worth to decide on it.

The location was excellent, close to shopping and good restaurants. A short walk to the beach, tourist office and railway station. I liked the lovely old fashioned nature of the hotel, the large central staircase and the good sized rooms.
The hotel is crying out for tender love and care. Although double glazing has been put in, some rooms have no curtains. The bathrooms need a complete replacement. There is no lift. And the lovely downstairs rooms are crying out for a bar. There is a terrace on the first floor but you can't go out on it.

All nice furniture everywhere
I had to check out one day early and paid for the room unoccupied which is normal but i expected a gesture for the breakfast fee .

The rooms are new-fashioned and airy. Central heating, an ironing set, and a work desk are available. The location of the hotel is fantastic, next to the Biarritz airport, bus and train station, tourist office, covered market, shops. Marvellous service and the food is fresh.

Terrific hotel & fairly clean, its location is great on the coast. The staff are very kind and nice, managed the parking nearby. The breakfast is incredibly nice with a huge variety of things to eat and drink. All in all they offer excellent service.

The staff were very helpful with all our queries. Internet access was a bonus and the lounge was very comfortable.
There was no lift. There was no room service - and we were refused alcoholic beverages after 1130hrs.

It was a huge bedroom and a good size bathroom. Good parking facilities outside the hotel, it is not free but resonable. Free from 7.30 pm to 9 am which suited us. Good for an overnight stay bit not for longer.
There was no air conditioning in the room and during a hot night made it quiet uncomfortable. We had to leave the window open for some air which made it very noisy. The hotel is also a good bit from the beach so a quick swim and walk back to have a shower was not an option. The temp of the shower was not great as it was either very hot or freezing.
